OUR STORY

Rooted in Gir

Vriksh means tree. Like a tree, Gir Vriksh grows from one place: Jasapur, in the Talala area of Gir Somnath, near the Gir forest in Gujarat.

This land shapes what we sell. Gir cows graze here, Kesar mangoes ripen in Talala's orchards, and wild honey comes from the forest around Gir. We bring these foods to your kitchen the traditional way: ghee churned by the bilona method, honey left raw and unprocessed, natural jaggery, and pulp made from Gir Kesar mangoes.

Everything we sell is covered by our FSSAI licence, and our ghee has passed all FSSAI quality tests at an independent lab.
